| Q. |
Can I still get Comcast cable or Internet? |
| A. |
No. Because the contract with Comcast has expired,
they will no longer be providing service to our buildings. Also we
will be utilizing the existing cabling in your building to deliver DIRECTV
to you. |

| Q. |
Can I get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. receiver? |
| A. |
Yes. However, we have no way of knowing how many
coaxial outlets are in each apartment right now. Our plan is to get
everyone one who signs up one receiver to begin with and to add extra
receivers later. If extra outlets need to be added a small
installation fee will be charged. Extra receivers cost $25.00 each. |

| Q. |
Do I need to choose a package before I send in the
Subscriber Information Form? |
| A. |
No. You will not need to choose a package until you
have plugged in your receiver and called DIRECTV to activate it. At
that time the customer service representative will help you with
programming options. |
| Q. |
Can I use a TiVo receiver in my apartment. |
| A. |
Yes. But you will need special equipment to
allow it to function with the system in your building. We are using
what is called a stacked system. This allows us to use a single
coaxial cable to send all the DIRECTV signal data to your receiver.
A TiVo receiver requires two distinct data channels. What this means
is the signal must be de-stacked, and then a multswitch must be used to
split the signal properly. This equipment will be available for
approximately $100. |
